Hydraulic Steel Wire Rope Swagging Machine, developed independently by KIET, is a new machine with aesthetic aircraft design and advanced technology manufacturing. The main component of the body is made of high-quality alloy steel which makes it durable. The machine is operated with hydraulic power, it features compact structure, stable operation, low noise, high efficiency. It is processed in non-cutting shape technology, without destroying the strength of the wire, making the premise of soft metal in the mold cavity full flow, tighten the steel wire rope, through the friction between the steel wires to achieve the purpose of forming. At present, we have 100T, 200T, 300T, 500T, 800T, 1000T, 1500T, 2000T, 3000T, 5000T, etc.
Field Applications
Hydraulic Steel Wire Rope Swagging Machine is widely used in steel, shipbuilding, power plants, ports, transportation, construction and others. Compared with the traditional plug and weave craft for Steel wire rope sling, the suppression craft greatly reduces the damage to the rope. It is a cold processing technology. The finished wire rope is of high strength, the swagging part is of beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, and can save the wire rope, make sure the length accurate and guarantee the high production efficiency.
